Alternative White Pianist-Rapper
Hey. My name is Peter "Po" Smeallie. I used to perform in a band known as "Chameleon" back in middle school and high school. After that, I started making some tunes that incorporate rap lyrics, rock, and some jazz/pop. For the most part, much of my songs are either renditions of older songs or stream-of-consciousness raps.

Story behind the song
Originally had to learn the Incubus song on the keyboard before actually writing the rap song itself
Lyrics
Verse 1 there was once a man...I knew I called Wave he had NOTHING but his own life to save he was a king...he was a diamond ring he was shallow and jagged but not anything but unlike me...he made some bad choices listened to some thugs; all the wrong voices lived too fast and died too young too bad his rap songs went unsung he believed NOT AT ALL in the written word and felt the pen fell short to the mighty sword but still rapped though and committed crimes just to hollar at and make a few dimes he was a fake thug from the heart of Long Beach who sucked up the world of rap like a leech took the one talent that he always had.... and made the rap world look bitter and bad stuck thinking it was all about poverty while he played his life...like the lottery made a few bad deals and got his ass laid out like.... CHORUS (Incubus singing "Drive" chorus) Whatever tomorrow brings I'll be there With open arms and open eyes....yeah whatever tomorrow brings I'll be there. I'll....be....there...yeah Verse 2 So FUCK Wave, man! he didn't live for real he just dropped the ball like a circus seal on his own life and supporting friends... metaphorically by...ignoring them just to gain street fame and live like a punk an ass-kicking, crack-selling masquerade monk cause inside Wave there was but nothing no painful rough pasts or bleak suffering... i don't sympathize with Wave or tell lies i spit into a mic with open eyes and grace eight keys with the palm of my hand to be the rock star i was in chameleon I'm like a fast car....without a top that won't stop CHORUS
