Story behind the song
I wrote this song just two weeks before 9-11 after a conversation with my cousin, where we had been talking of the old days and the fun we had. It spooked me!

V.1 Don't you wish that you could some how take and turn back the hands of time? All the memories that are ever present you could relive them one more time. You could some how change the things forgotten. Make them stand out in your mind. Wouldn't it be a thing to see? You turn back the hands of time. V.2 You see family, friends in the age of bygone days. You relive the joy and the sorrow of your old forgotten ways. The times are changed. It's re-arranged through the efforts of your mind. The time is real for now you feel when you turn back the hands of time. Bridge... V.3 Tracking down your footsteps that you've walked so long ago. So many places. So many faces. It's hard for you to know. But, when you turn back the hands of time, they all become so clear. They bring a sigh! A tearful eye! After all these many years.
