Story behind the song
Inspired by my son Joshua and what he had written a day before I got home. In a matter of minutes, and the help of Divine intervention, this song was written in the early hours of the morning.

The richness of my life lies in my memories. The day I met Jesus is still real to me. As I remember, He came to me so tenderly. Faith is the key. My soul was set free. I'm standing in the wonder of His love. Down through the years He's always held me near. His words have come alive as they fell on my ear. I heard the Spirit say, " You need the Lord of Glory!" It was written in stone. I'll never be alone. I'm standing in the wonder of His Love! The more we know about Jesus, the less we know Him. We can't see everything at a glance. His wisdom is so deep. His grace is complete Eternity is rising in the distance. My time is almost gone, but, I'll be going home.. I'll be standing in His presence at the throne. I'll see His nail scarred hands. He took them just for me. I'll see His precious face. His love is full of grace. I'm standing in the wonder of His love. The more we know about Jesus, the less we know Him.
