Do It Yourself Alternative
Since receiving his first guitar at age 12 (a 1965 Silvertone) Ryan has been writing and playing music for his personal enjoyment for more than 30 years. After years of putting his music on assorted cassettes (and a 8 year layoff to take care of career and kids) Ryan put Pro Tools on an old computer in the back bedroom and began writing, playing and recording music again. It's a life-long hobby for him. Ryan plays guitar, bass and keyboards and uses a drum machine for the beats.

Story behind the song
The song was inspired by a television news story about a woman living with AIDS named Rosemary who was worried about what was going to happen to her children when she died.
Lyrics
Rosemary, Rosemary walking down the road It's scary, oh Rosemary with such a heavy load Even stones cry, in your mind's eye It's gotta be hard When your friends are gone, and all is lost And all you ask it why? Why? Rosemary, Rosemary walking down the road It's scary, oh Rosemary with such a heavy load To face a wind that blows so cold In an everyday way Not aware, what's in the air or what tomorrow has to bring Rosemary, Rosemary And every sunrise always goes down The dark grows from the light Life, a cycle, around and around And morning says goodnight It's gonna be alright
