Strictly a demos only performer <br />Jam at live gigs sometimes and have a whole lotta fun doing it
I am writer, and general Mister Nice Guy. I am not a performer but manage to squeak out stuff good enough for others to hear and do better with. Lucky for you lot. I get a few other people to sing and play some of my stuff. I do make Karaoke tracks of my songs and perform them every Saturday night, trotting twix the two local pubs that do karaoke. I have a whole heap more fun than doing covers all the time. Most weeks having at least one new song to try out on the punters. Have seven recorded and getting airplay. And not only on my show Roar Radio either. Backing music for Born To Be Blue is now on a video showing the Esperance service providers. Out soon. More later.

WHY MOTHER EARTH © Copyright APRA Graham Henderson 2007 I am the one. Who sought to control. The soil, the water. Your heart and soul. I am the one. Who with plough, and rake. Tried to subdue you. Your spirit to break. And I am the one. Who with dams and weirs. Drowned your valleys. For industry’s gears. To keep grass green, through summer heat. To feed my need to compete. Your forests I pillaged. Without a thought. Toward any damage, my actions have wrought. I’ve chopped you, I’ve chipped you. I’ve seared you with fire The gaining of wealth, my sole desire. No use would I see, in old growth trees. So I did my best. To clear fell these. And so what they were a sanctuary. You and yours belong to me. Chorus But now I’ve appeased my burning greed. I look for things. I dearly need. Peace and contentment. and richness of sight. And the joy to be had in a wilderness night. But nowhere do I find. What I most want to see. Why mother earth. Have you failed me? Why mother earth. Have you failed me? Instrumental And what of the scars. I left in your crust. Gouging for riches. Greed feeding lust. Gold oil iron. Nickel and tin. Just a chance of a show. And I’d barge right in. And any deep thought. To the long term effect. On your flora and fauna. I’d totally reject. You were a mine. And the mine was mine. Chorus: But now I’ve appeased my burning greed. I look for things. I dearly need. Peace and contentment. and richness of sight. And the joy to be had in a wilderness night. But nowhere do I find. What I most want to see. Why mother earth. Have you failed me? Why mother earth. Have you failed me?
