Story behind the song
Ubangi Mi Bangi is a re-rhythmicized(i.e. same melody different feel) version of an old tune of mine called Kimber Lee, which is itself a remelodized version of Donna Lee(which is ITself a re-melodized version of Back Home in Indiana). So I guess it's bebop to the 4th power....
