Story behind the song
Thinking about the different ways my family suffered while my father had cancer. I was originally writing this song to vent some angst and, the words that came from inside were actually enlightened me. I realized half way through, that all we suffered was no ones fault and that we should all forget the scars we bear and enjoy the fact that dad recovered and we all still have eachother.
