Bozo is a collective of spivs and desperados, cronies and henchmen, and assorted hangers-on, who live in Melbourne Australia. From a heavily fortified bunker in Collingwood they beam out the soundtrack to the 21st century melting down: Funky drums, howlin' guitars... a big lump of paranoia mixed with yer snot at the back of yer right nostril.
