Story behind the song

I wrote this originally as a poem.  When I heard Johnny's non-vocal songs and noticed the non-commercial free use marked on each one, I couldn't resist putting this one into a song.  I tried it once before as a-capella, but it didn't work out.  This clearly did.

I woke up this morning quater til 5
Turned on the TV and I looked Outside

So I put on my raincoat
and called for a ride

Now the taxi is coming it's around 6'o clock
