My name is Kenneth Edward Keyn. I am simply a musician. I strive to understand the deeper things that music has to offer. I am a composer of deep, rich, and expressive music. I am classically trained, but I explore a plethora of genres and styles. I specialize in orchestral, choral, and small ensemble work. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory and Composition from Warner Pacific College in Portland, Oregon. I am the primary co-composer on the iPhone game Trenches. I am a long standing member of OverClocked ReMix, where I am featured on multiple album releases and individual arrangements.

Story behind the song
This piece began as a piano solo, based on the rhythmic ostinato style of 20th century composer John Adams. After completing the piano notation, I began to hear various other elements come out in my mind. The first of which was a flute to add some more melodic structure. The second was a String Bass, which would accent the fairly latin pulse. The third were two Trumpets, which I used as an accent and a different color.
