Singer/songwriter, recording artist, multi-instrumentalist, producer, arranger, and recording engineer. Record releases by IRL Records & Otter River Records.
I currently perform as a solo artist and singer/songwriter. All of my recordings were recorded, mixed, and produced from start to finish in my home studio. My original songs are somewhat eclectic but I would generally categorize them as a fusion of rock, blues, folk/country, funk, and jazz.

Story behind the song
This song was inspired by a family heirloom - an ornate vase that belonged to my great-great grandmother. At the time, the vase was sitting on my desk, holding a single rose of tangerine color, which inspired my imagination. The song's love story revolves around the two figures that adorn the antique vase. But in my deeper imagination, it is a story about a wonderful romance between my revered ancestors.
Lyrics
(verse 1) Our love is the rose, it's beauty glowing A tangerine bud, blooming and growing With delicate petals so soft to the touch It's fragrant scent saying, "I love you so much" Our love is the vase on white linen lace Hold us together with dignified grace We're two figurines etched on its face Entwined forever in a loving embrace (bridge) Our love - is the finest anywhere Our love - will always be there Our love - because we really care Our love - we are one perfect pair (chorus) The tangerine rose has a love that grows Fills the vast emptiness with a gentle kiss (verse 2) Our love is the water, so clear and so pure It's fluid strength shall always endure Seeking its level, nourishing life Flowing between a husband and wife (repeat bridge & chorus) (verse 3) Our love is the light embracing this sight Beaming down on us, feels warm and alright For this lovely flower will ever shine bright With the love of his damsel, and the love of her knight (repeat bridge & chorus)
