We see it every day, kids dying of Aids,
Drugs, guns, war, famine, it’s this hopeless parade,
Ain’t no way that this suffering should happen today,
We come this far just to let our people fade away?
That doesn’t cut it so I kick it and I hope you listening,
Because when the children go so many families missing them,
What happened to the one meant to guide us from above,
I don’t understand why greedy man forgot about love,
Capitalism and division will wreck our world,
Where’s the hope in the future for the boys and girls?

A sign says “Conscience missing”, that’s the reason,
Many haters commit humanitarian treason,
I don’t feel ‘em, so many heartless bastards,

They quest for money so I guess the poor continue to starve,

If you’re a part of the human race you should relate,
