Story behind the song
With my departure from the MDDLFNGZ and in attempting to go solo with an independent release I knew I had to come with the heat! Whatever song I released first had to be able to bang in da rides, set the floor off in the club and most of all make a statement about both my skills as an artist and showing that my decision to go solo was not a mistake. I approached Shadow Black (much love Baby!) and told him I needed a beat that would bring the heat. He asked what I wanted and I was like "Man you remember that old song Nasty Girl? I want it to sound nasty just like that!" Shadow did the beat in about 45 minutes and everybody in the studio was like "Whoa!". Two takes later we were done!
