sunlight flash on scales of gold
wingspan cross the sky
age of dragonflight unfolds
horizon meets the eye
flights on high, the air is cold
beyond the distant sea
inborn spark desire for gold
from distant memory

transcending gravity
instinct guides and shows the way
to realms of fantasy
age of dragonkind
we somehow always knew
rules were undefined (left behind)

tradition as its own display
informs our point of view

dragon body on its own
