Story behind the song
just working with a riff in Garageband, and coming up with a number of ideas to keep the song flow interesting. A wah-wah pedal also came into this. Then I decided it sounded TOO Macho, so some clean comping, and some snippity-snip later, I finally came up with something that didn't sound like I was on testosterone overload :) Host - Garageband 3, later imported and tweezed further using Cubase SE AM Radio rhythm guitar - Peavey Wolfgang Special through Johnson J-Station lead guitar - Peavey Predator Plus through Tech 21 Killer Wail pedal and into J-Station clean rhythm - Predator Plus through NI AC Box plug-in "Macho" stabs" - Predator Plus through NI Plexi Box plug-in bass - Dreibelbass through J-Station drums - AppleLoops in Garageband 3 organ and piano/strings - Sampletank 2 LE
