Acoustic, harmonies, chilled out, relationships.
A combination of Tom Nash from 'A Nash Odyssey' and Ashley Morton from 'Accolade Sky', Nashley is a 'supergroup', if you will. If you won't, we're an 'awesomegroup'. Nah, just yanking your chain. We play acoustic guitar and singing harmonies. Or attempt to, at least.

Story behind the song
This song is different from the others, because I didn’t write it all - Ashley wrote the lyrics for the verses. I sent him the chorus, he stuck on the verse, and I wrote some bridge lyrics to.. Well, bridge it. Unfortunately, I didn’t tell him the inspiration behind the chorus, so the verse isn’t really about the same subject as the chorus. But what the hell, we’re multi-talented: we can talk about two things in one song, right? The chorus is basically about seeing somebody you used to love (and be loved by in return) move on before you’re ready for it. It comes out a fairly bitter chorus (and bridge). ‘Made it’ means ‘made it past me’, ‘naked’ isn’t literal but means, basically ‘I see you being yourself for him, in the way I remember you were with me’, and not remembering the name again isn’t literal, but just means ‘I see that I’m old news now.’ The bridge is fairly self-explanatory. On an entirely different note, then, are the verses. They’re more.. Existential ponderings, coupled with a confirmation of love. Ash actually originally wrote these lyrics in a different song for his girlfriend, but being a lazy tyke, just nicked them from it rather than writing new ones for this song. However, I can’t blame him too much, since they work in it rather well. Sometimes, to placate my feeling that we’re singing two different songs, I shift the question mark from the end of ‘how do I live my life?’ to the end of ‘with you here by my side’, and pretend that it means ‘how can I live when you’re right there?’ However, this is very silly of me, and you shouldn’t do the same.
Lyrics
What if there’s no tomorrow? What if there’s no next year? What would I do today? What if there’s nothing coming? What if there’s just a void? Would I kneel down and pray? I don’t think much of this arrangement I want one that doesn’t leave me tainted I don’t even know if I can make it Without you And I see you made it And I see you naked And I see you don’t remember my name So how do I get by? How do I live my life? With you here by my side Although there may be something Testing our inner strength I’ll be right there inside. I don’t think much of this arrangement I want one that doesn’t leave me tainted I don’t even know if I can make it Without you And I see you made it And I see you naked And I see you don’t remember my name
