Just a 1 minute or so snippet of a song I'm still recording. Mix and vox are not quite "there" yet, but I hope you enjoy the musical feel of it. The song itself is complete and has been played live many times; someday I will finish the recording!

Christian singer/songwriter
Born and raised as a Catholic, my walk with the Lord has taken me on a quite a journey the past 42 years of my life. Through it all, His loving arms have carried me. Sometimes with me kicking and screaming for Him to let go and more often than not, without my awareness or recognition that He was indeed carrying me. In the last 11 years, He has revealed Himself to me in stunning and humbling ways. And I'm grateful for the "ride". The journey continues.

Story behind the song
Inspired in part by Mt. 7:7-8 and Jn. 14:13-14, this is a brutal and unflinchingly honest lyric about doubt and faith. There are no stupid questions and all we have to do is ask and our Father is there waiting, saying "Ask away".
Lyrics
Do You press upon my heart so hard, so hard that I can barely breathe, to remind me I need You to breathe? Do You make this road I'm on so dark, so dark that I can barely see, to remind me I need You to see? As I am, You made me Questioning constantly Won't this doubt kill my faith? Am I squandering Your grace? And the only foolish question is the one that's never asked And in Your gentle way, to me You softly say, "Ask away..." Do you leave these wounds exposed and raw, so raw it seems they'll never heal, to remind me I need You to heal? Do you have to make me wait so long, so long to get to what I need, to remind me You are all I need? As I am, You made me Questioning constantly Won't this doubt kill my faith? Am I squandering Your grace? And the only foolish question is the one that's never asked And in Your gentle way, to me You softly say, "Ask away..."
