Story behind the song
We are gathered here today… for the funeral of David, Ashley, Woolgar. He was a young aspiring rapper but he got caught up with the wrong emcee, who ultimately ended his career..and his life. He wasn’t a very smart lad, he thought his arch enemy was born in the mountains. If only he knew the truth to this day, he might still be alive. He is preceded by a mother on welfare, two dead children he may now see at heavens gates, and his miniature dog Simba… wait, Simba just got swallowed whole by Sensays Boxer. Really, this young fellow didn’t get to experience much life as he sat on the internet all day hoping to make friends or fans. He was loyal to the Crips, although they didn’t even know he existed. From the Cradle to the Casket, and the Casket to the Ground, everybody have a good evening and may us not mourn his death, but Celebrate it. Thank You.
