The PMRC is a governmental sub-commitee that is more than willing to infringe upon our rights to freely communicate, by forcing musicians to put the "Tipper Sticker" on the outside jacket of albums that are deemed inappropriate, or explicit via their standards, some large chain stores refuse to stock or sell albums that have explicit material, and there is a nation wide ban on selling music with explict content to minors, to become explicit an artist has to nothing more than say FUCK in one oftheir songs.
