SoundRabbit is a genre-smashing original rock quartet from Boulder, Colorado. The band seamlessly spans folk, world music, jazz, Latin, pop, indie, jam, and straight-ahead rock to create one of the most complete repertoires of original music in the Colorado music scene and, indeed, even nationally. Hands-down one of best live bands in Colorado, SoundRabbit’s live show lets this diversity shine, as fan favorites from the studio albums take on new life with improvised jams and alternate arrangements, and the setlists carry listeners through a myriad of genres. SoundRabbit’s music draws broad comparisons, from “old school Weezer” to Arlo Guthrie, Bon Iver, the Talking Heads, Ben Folds Five, Johnny Cash, Wilco, Led Zeppelin, Paul Simon, Dave Matthews Band, Elliot Smith, and Elbow, among others. The band formed in the summer of 2007 as a quartet, releasing their first album, This Room Becomes A Crowd, in November. A year of local shows and national touring followed, and then the band released their second album, Tree Trunk Airplanes, in 2009. They played over 100 local and national shows to support the album that year and then traveled to Charlottesville, Virginia to write and record a third full-band album, eventually titled Don’t Forget To Remember. The first tracks of the album were released in early 2012, and the full complete album is due in early 2013. In the interim, a live duo acoustic show was recorded in Boulder, Colorado and released as an official live album. SoundRabbit has shared the stage with artists including the Avett Brothers, Keller Williams, the Infamous Stringdusters, Band of Horses, Blitzen Trapper, Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings, TV on the Radio, Cowboy Mouth, Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers, Ryan Montbleau Band, and others. They’ve appeared at venues nationwide, including Nectar’s in Burlington, Vermont; the Fox and Boulder Theatres in Boulder, Colorado; the Middle East in Boston, Rockwood Music Hall in New York City, Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado; the main stage of the Tempe Music Festival in Tempe, Arizona, and countless others, large and small.

Lyrics
If all you believe lies in human hands In flesh you'll retreat to the earth If all you believe lies with prophets You best pray that their words hold their worth If all you believe lies in circles Then circles you'll walk in your mind And if all you believe lies in miracles Then only in dreams will you find Relief, Reprieve For all we have done Relief, Reprieve, When fist turns to gun The war of the worlds is upon us The devil is finding his due When breathing your last, you best pardon The fools who have gone before you For if all you believe lies within you And all that is false lies without With certainty, step to your window Put one foot ahead and fall out To relief, Reprieve, For all you have done Relief, Reprieve When fist turns to gun Relief
