This track came out of the personal hostilities I felt at the time for my town's local department of law enforcement.. they had recently busted one of my parties, and then THIS scandalous shit (what my bro's verse is about) happens.. needless to say, we felt pretty god damn motivated to strike back in the only and best way we could..
