Joakim Daif, also know as Ultrawave, was born on the 1st of September,1985, in Gothenborg, Sweden. This talented producer and DJ started to like dance music from an early age, and at the age of 12 he discovered the likes of Trance music. Ultrawave had the love and passion for the music and knew very well what he was stepping into. At the age of 16, a close friend of Ultrawave showed him a starting point where he could play, mix and remix songs on a program called "Acid Pro". After mixing and playing with "Acid Pro" Ultrawave got better and better, and took every chance to advance. At the age of 18, Ultrawave spoke to his uncle regarding using one of the best music programs on the market, "Cubase". Joakim's uncle which is experinced in the music industry, ownes his own Studio and had created music using this program in the past. Ultrawave's uncle taught him and gave helpful tips on how to use Cubase. After 1 year of producing his own music, Ultrawave joined a team with producer Mike Bedient "True Paradox". Together they created an album called "Bending Reality", the first discovery of his long journey ahead. The first track created by Ultrawave was called "Airwave". Ultrawave's music has been discovered on the internet and by word of mouth. He is an accomplished producer with his tracks listened to by the public. Singers and producers wish to work with him on future projects. Ultrawave is currently working hard on his debut solo album. The album is planned for release in 2006.
