i felt like sh** one day.

Lyrics

looking out to the parking lot
it's vacant, again, she thought
she started to walk home
& her eyes, her eyes seemed so alone

slowly making her way across
the empty pavement, she seemed so lost
hollow, her footsteps sounded
and her mind, it felt so wounded

she never understood
why they're always digging for her pain
day after day, over and over again
she never really knew
the reason to the love they've never had
though she tries not to be so sad

the house felt so dreary
and her folks are yet so moody
she's beat 'til black and blue
while hearing words of "I hate you!"

it's a pale fullmoon lit night
but the stars don't seem so bright
she wanders through the darkness
no shelter, no love, no kindness

she never understood
why she thought she d'served the abuse
now she's alone, cold and confused
they never took the time
to tell her that she's really a mistake
to them 
she's not their own and they don't love her at all
