Story behind the song

Initially from just jamming on bass. I added some arabic scale parts since I really like to sound of it; its very sad to me. I really think the tradition oud players are so amazing!! 
The title shows my fixation on how powerful the effects of Seroquil (whose generic name is like the title) and other drugs are, but sill unable to get at the root of a persons problems.
