A serial killer has finally been caught
Michael Keyes, age 18 was found over the dead body of Tamika Jackson, age 25
He was apparently slumped over mumbling satanic phrases early Tuesday morning
The crime scene was bloody as Ms. Jackson was partially devoured
Its great that this killer has finally been locked away
