Story behind the song
I'm not that keen on this track. It came by its name by a process of association: the sax reminded me of that nursery rhyme 'Teddy Bear's Picnic'; thinking about teddy bears brought to mind an account I read of one of the anti-IMF protests, in Washington, I think it was, where protesters used a medieval catapult to fire soft toys over the fence of the compound where the uberpigs were holding their meeting. Draw your own conclusions, cos I can't be bothered to offer any.
