Hey! thanks for visiting my site, my name is Kim, i am a self taught guitarist. amateur vocalist. that explains why everything is so horrible. I was taught a few chords at age 12, and i liked the sound of the first strum i made. 5 years later, i still suck, but with little improvement. BUT! satisfying enough... for me.

Story behind the song
it was a dream i had about my grandfather. I was at home, and for some reason, the way out was a tubed slide (like the ones at a playground). When i took the slide down, my grandpa was at the other end, and the feeling i had was a feeling of joy. He picked me up and i stared down at him; in an instant, my grandpa turned into a young man, unrecognizable,but I KNEW it was him. He asked me if i wanted to fly, i said yes. As soon as i know it, we're off the ground. He lifts off of the ground, straight up, then back down again, and puts me on my feet. I give him one last hug, then i woke up...refreshed. He's still around.. in my heart, in my dreams.
