Track #9. Jeff's best song yet, in my opinion. The lyrics might not mean as much to you if you're not a big videogame fan, but the message still rings pretty clear.

Nerds While AZN (NWA) was originally an idea thrown around as a joke, something that would never fully become a reality. However, thanks to a little ingenuity, a few instrumentals, and two or three microphones, NWA became a reality on September 15, 2004, with the track "NWA Anthem," a song that shocked the hell out of everybody who originally expected something sucky (only to receive something godly). Originally, NWA was planned as starring Jeff King (DMK), Jun Xiang (Jam Master Jun), and an unnamed third party who has since been incarcerated for selling bootleg textbooks (we love you, Zhen). Jeremy Blum (Blummer) ended up taking the reigns as the third member of the group, however, mainly because he was the only one at the time who knew how to put the tracks together. In the end, Nerds While AZN transformed into much more than a simple joke and quickly became a serious undertaking. The group has gone on to release track after track, combining inspirational raps about everyday life with hard-hitting beats, occasionally with guest appearances from anyone who wants to jump in. Nerds While AZN is: DMK (Jeff King) Long regarded as an inspiring example of innate goodness, as well as the originator of the intense "Nerd Pride" revolution of 2003-2004, Jeff King surprised the world by assuming his DMK (Dark Man King) persona for the first NWA track, "NWA Anthem." He has since become widely known for his passionate rapping style (which usually involves yelling himself hoarse over a beat) and powerful, emotional solo songs such as "The Heart's Reality" and "Final Fantasy." Jam Master Jun (Jun Xiang) Originally reluctant to join the group (because he thought he was too cool or something) Jun changed his mind after "NWA Anthem" came out. Making his first appearance on the "Match The Nerds With The Voice" track, Jun brought with him influence from famous mainstream emcees as well as a distinct rapping voice, often considered to be a bridge between DMK's yelling and Blummer's softer style. Aside from writing good hooks, Jun has also been the star of many of the most popular tracks in NWA history. Blummer (Jeremy Blum) JB is one of the originators of the Nerds While AZN concept, the third member of the group, and the resident producer of almost every NWA track (he basically does a lot of stuff). He has become known for his soft yet distinct rapping style which often utilizes multiple bars ending with the same rhyme. As the group producer, Blummer loops instrumentals and edits vocals to create the unique NWA sound. He also maintains the NWA website and has gone on to produce three solo mixtapes of his own: "Gaiden," "Bushido," and "Densetsu." So that's NWA. And yes, we know we aren't the first group to use that acronym--this originally started out as a joke, remember? Anyway, if you didn't know who we were before, now you do.

Lyrics
Nerds While AZN - Final Fantasy (feat. DMK) As a child you learn to be optimistic. But as you grow, those fairytales don't stick. You learn that you're not the only one living here. There's people better than you everywhere. And naturalism says society owns you You're just another nerd with dreams of a fool Everything's pre-determined from the start. And can you break it!? Nah To the World of Warcraft it took me And on this Phantasy Star I thought I could see That I could live my life to the Maximo if I just stayed true to the heart of a hero And it doesn't matter if I have Metal Arms My Fatal Fury can stop all the harms In here, love and justice will always prevail That's what I learned from the Tales of Symphonia in brail In here, I wanted to be like Grandia's Ryudo Changing from mercenary to unlikely Hero In the Skies of Arcadia, I fought with vyse Never gave up, Never surrendred, aye! And then there's good old Leon Kennedy Who Could find every Resident Evil's remedy Nobody dares to mess with Cloud Strife Overcame the fact he was a clone in life So in my life I want a virtuous Halo Just let my love unrestrictedly grow I could take on the world with Half a Life Countrerstrike every villain with just a dull knife I own every Dragon Force, even the Shining Force. Save all civilians with my Brute Force I was the ultimate hero from the earth to the moon. The Legend of Zelda, Mana, and Dragoon But I don't want this to be my Final Fantasy Cause otherwise I'm just another pansy Nights into Dreams, I thought I was Mega Man With my Kingdom Heart, I could make any stand But now I'm Jet grinded back into reality Just a regular street fighter without speciality I'm just another Mortal Kombat's fatality Dead or alive, I have no personality So this is reality? No hope, no life, no dreams? I don't know man. There's got to be a way out. So I was shot into this Eternal Darkness To this Oddworld that seems to have no bliss I never saw an obstacle as big as King Kong Cause the biggest monkey I saw was Donkey Kong My main man Mario could never correct these wrongs Not even the Prince of Persia stood here long I found out then I was stuck in a fatal frame No one else would ever hear of my name So as I worked hard on a silent Hill It seemed like every Dynasty's warrior came to kill my ideas, hopes, dreams, my dedication and will Just one pyschoshock kept all my fantasies still And the defeats left me in an age of wonder Could I ever redeem myself for my past blunders? The answer was no, I could never rise to glory My romantic dreams crushed likes Giles Corey. But then I re-thought my videogame dreams What really did those videogames mean to me? Those legends never worried about being great They just tried their best to stop all the hate Their unwavering morals and super imagination is what lead them to their fame and reputation So maybe if I just do what I believe in I'll be like my heroes and stand with them So, yes, that may be my Final Fantasy And sometimes I may act like a stupid pansy But if I stop trying to like Mega Man and believe in my heart to take a moral stand Instead of trying to be a hero to all nationalities or a savior who's beyond almost all reality I'll just keep a pure heart of no frailties and maybe success will come down magically So who doesn't want to be a legend. I sure do. But maybe to get there, I have to stop worrying about trying to be one. So no, life's not about being great Because when you try to, you just start to hate And when you hate you're just gonna get irate And then you'll never be able to break your fate Though we never may end up consummate Some of us may never get a date But you got to trust yourself and just wait Success will come, even if it's late Success will come, even if it's late You got to trust yourself and just wait Success will come, even if it's late You got to
