We used an sm57 to mic the guitar, and did a direct patch. I recorded the song on my alesis hd24 and Cubase SX at the same time. The Vocals were recorded with Marshall V69 Tube mic. The V69 and sm57 went through my Focusrite Twintrack Pro.

Unfortunately I ran this through the behringer mixer to get it to Cubase SX. The Vocals were recorded with The Marshall V69 Tube mic. The Tube mic and the sm57 were put through my Focusrite Twintrack Pro.
With the concept of the song I chose to open and close the song like it was being played through a telephone. I'm hoping to do a little telephone conversation in the begining of the song. I'd like to have the intro resemble something like what Ritchie Valens did when he sang the song Donna to her through the telephone. Let me know what you think of the song.
