I listened to a lot of Yanni when I was writing this song, and you can see some influence in the repeating theme (1:04). Basically, the song isn't really about anything, but the title comes from the "break-up" of my high school band. It wasn't really a breakup, we just went our separate ways, so it ended. I had some great times in the band.
