This song is about a desire for mankind to see that we are being watched by God....and we are a globe spinning through space, the third planet from the sun, forever observed.

Lyrics
Someone is watching, they see from afar Circling the sun and the stars Solar winds blowing through satellite skies Nothing escapes from their eyes Heavenly bodies From light years away Are hoping to show us the way ON THE THIRD PLANET FROM THE SUN THE TIME HAS BEGUN TO HEAL THE MISTAKES OF THE PAST ON THE THIRD PLANET FROM THE SUN WE'RE ALL REALLY ONE TOGETHER WE MUST MAKE EARTH LAST Fountains of knowledge, but tears of unrest When will learn peace is progress Radiant beings somewhere above Are longing to teach us to love ON THE THIRD PLANET FROM THE SUN THE TIME HAS BEGUN TO HEAL THE MISTAKES OF THE PAST ON THE THIRD PLANET FROM THE SUN WE'RE ALL REALLY ONE TOGETHER WE MUST MAKE EARTH LAST (Bridge) Now is our chance The universe holds out its hand (C) Star born survivors, with secrets to share Someone is watching, somebody cares, ageless companions, everywhere
