This is one of the last songs that we recorded for the album. We were reviewing the album and we released that we really didn't have another "Bodywork" type track. You know something catchy for the clubs that'll make the ladies move it like a snake. Bodywork 2004 really didn't come out as well as we wanted and The Highest Power came through with a banger. The whole dancehall/reggae thing is getting heavy rotation right now, so we decided to roll with it.
