Major Snagg is the invented name of the 'band' that perform all my own musical creations. (songs and instrumentals). I play guitars, bass, rudimentary keyboards, harmonica, and sing. Story behind the song

I created the background music by allowing different instruments to 'echo'  with a long delay setting...changing 'voices' on the keyboard in real time. I then added e-bow and guitar again with along delay and rich reverb ...changing from one to the other in real time. Next I added a bass guitar to hold it all together.
The important thing is the message. Desertification mostly can be averted by simply having some ground cover vegetation to stop evaporation.

We certainly are heading towards a "perfect storm" in many ways & you are right, there are many simple ways to stop all this. The UK is down to only 12% tree coverage. Great music over thought-provoking narrative. Excellent atmosphere,   the music portrays images of a heat haze with the shimmering effects. Brilliant stuff.
