Another nice, riff based song from my, ' VistaRama Deluxe', album.

Major Snagg is the invented name of the 'band' that perform all my own musical creations. (songs and instrumentals). I play guitars, bass, rudimentary keyboards, harmonica, and sing. Melody has always been important to me... lyrics and guitar solos have to say or communicate something. I create musical worlds that I hope that you dear listener, will also want to explore and live in for a few moments...or longer if you feel that way inclined.

Story behind the song
Another enigmatic Science fiction story in a song. What has happened to the Silver Bullet train?
Lyrics
Deaths Dark Windows (David A Briggs) 2019 Blue jets returning, vapour trails are burning. I see the signs and signals, its message time again. The golden sunlight shines so bright, on deaths dark windows. There is no sight yet of the Silver Bullet Train. Sharp Haiku rainbows, fills the empty spaces. Soft Autumn rainfall, descends on Heat-beat hero. The golden sunlight shines so bright, on deaths dark windows. There is no sight yet of the Silver Bullet Train. I hope that you will find me, when you scan the airwaves. Please decode this message, sent by Heart-beat hero

Revisiting this one again, gotta say I'm impressed with the guitar layering and effects on this one. The whole sonic landscape melds with the lyrics seamlessly. And those TV transmissions are perfect.

I have to confess this is so far the only track I've had time to listen too but what a track. If the others are anything like this (i suspect they are) then what a brilliant album. I agree with Rodz a pro track through and through. Rated AAA by me!

I like the arrangement to this track, the changes and different elements you bring in to the song are brilliant! Captivating imagery and subject matter. Very well performed - pro quality track!!
