Story behind the song

Produced in 1998 or 1999 as I recall using an early version of Reason software and an Ensoniq EPS (Ensoniq Performance Sampler) I sent Art the song in a sincere effort to get permission to use his voice but never heard back. As a public figure I believe it's legal anyway.
