Many years ago I ran a game. Then I ran away from the game. And away from my country. But they found me, although it did take over 20 years. So there.

I came across some people who were acting rather tribal Nothing that ambitious just their basic survival They stopped me and they asked, inviting me to feast If the direction they faced was south west or south east I took one look at these people and another at their chief And made a quick assessment of credulous belief And being swift of thought and even swifter on my feet Sold them some magic beans then quickly made my retreat Many years have passed since that profitable day And it seems that there is karma and a bill that I must pay For I find myself a prisoner of these once amusing yokels Who became fierce cannibals and now terrify the locals For in the winter that ensued, they consumed all their herds And depleted their provisions and exchanged some desperate words Then glanced at their inactives and then all began to drool And found themselves a priest who claimed this sort of thing was cool And so if in the future your own self you would protect Think of the long term, please remember cause-effect For our actions all have consequence, don't live in isolation And horrid things can happen when people they face starvation.
