Story behind the song
Musically: Another one of my favourite songs that I've composed for the Uke. Again lots of activity to keep you thinking, and to bring you a sense of drama, and to reflect the gravity of what Christ has done for us (in making Heaven and Earth one). I deliberately used the D minor 11th as the last chord, to give the feeling of needing to go back to the G major root chord. This is to give you a sense of "leaving you hanging". In other words, "what now", or "over to you".
Lyrically: Christ; who is a self sacrificing God, has bought Heaven, or His Kingdom into our lives. Heaven is now within. This is radical, like nothing anywhere else. When Jesus came and declared the Kingdom, it was new, life changing and powerful.
