This is one of my best remixes. I stayed amazingly close to the original three songs. Find them @ mp3.com/philtr.
electronica technoorchest
Innovative and intelligent electronica project specializing in symphonic and progressive electronica
I now produce under my real name, Mark Ridlen. Check out my recent work here: http://soundcloud.com/mark-ridlen Introspective Journeys is a one man electronica project that generally goes the way of symphonic/progressive. I have been into writing old school electronica lately, as well as my own blend of orchestral and techno. Like alternate time signatures like 7/8, 12/8, 6/8, or 10/8? I tend to use plenty of those in my music. You might want to check out my industrial/rap sideproject, Isotope Lab. http://www.soundclick.com/isotopelab Big thanks to all my fans (yes all three of you!). I'm getting about 12-60 plays per day, and I would just like to express my thanks for your listening to my music.

Story behind the song
Virus March: Out to War. Virus March: Battle of Good and Evil. Virus March: Restored Reality. HipHopHap. Three incredibly old-school (before they spelled "old-skool" with a k) electronica songs that don't really fit any modern styles. This was Phil Ridlen in his infancy of music; incredibly creative, yet technologically clueless. Enter Mark! He decides to remix these three old songs into one monsterous mix. Drawing on his Goa and EBM influences, he creates a bleepy, atmospheric, and dark song that stays true to the originals. What about HipHopHap? That one is a sort of filler track at the end... he he... the fruits of my hard labor.
Lyrics
Catchy 303 bassline, cool little bleepy things near the end, and chainsaw-like background noise. Vroom vroom [actually the robot saying "vroom vroom"] A sequel to the first Virus March song. It's starting to make a story, it's the Viruses Marching out to a war they must fight against the Anti-Virus program... sort of on of those "based on a true story" type things. Bassline carried over from the original, the little bleepy things (which are now from the Anti-Virus program), and a brand new fast guitar part. We are hack in and make this goa! goa goa goa goa This has much the same feel as "Out to War." I still need to do some revising on it, let me know what you think. Ha ha! We are the virus! All your computer are belong to us! Ha ha! Ha ha! Ha Ha! Ha Ha! Ha Ha! We are infect your system! This is a cheesey little song that I wrote when I was bored. It's only 20 seconds, go ahead, you know you want to listen to it.
