Story behind the song
The hundredth song I've recorded digitally since 2002. (yes, I know that there are 102 tracks on the previous CDs, but five were originally recorded in the early 70s on Roger Brawn's reel to reel and were simply transferred from dodgy casettes, so they don't count for this purpose... I've been playing about with this tune since I bought my classical guitar from Homer in San Bartolome in Ecuadorian Andes. It turned into a theme and variations... and then a harpsichord muscled in on the act...
