When I was 22 a young lawyer took one of my songs and put it on the ‘B' side of his recording of Ave Maria. He invited me to watch the recording session at Criteria in Miami, Florida. Since that moment all I have ever wanted was to have my music recorded by professional musicians and sung by established artists. This truly is a monumental task as I do not perform live so I have recorded my own material as a means to get exposure and as a way for artists to be able to judge the “cover” worth of my songs. I am looking for a publishing deal. Contact Info: Jim Blachura C/O Stablesongs Phone: 336 995 0813 E Mail: saintlymanmusic@yahoo.com Saintly Man Music /ASCAP

Story behind the song
just coming home one day...there was this Lincoln...and the rest is history
Lyrics
A. Lincoln Continental / Blachura I’m riding my bike behind a Lincoln Continental And if I owned a car there’s nothing less for which I’d settle All 8 cylinders pounding in a rhythm and With gas the price it is it’d be the only criticism But the plush leather seats must be so comfortable to drive in And the stares that I’d get would be enough to take some pride in Windows up the ‘AC’ onlike traveling in a limo And the ride is just as smooth it’s really luxury so primo And if old ‘ham Lincoln had been more continental He’d have had a different point of view Instead of just the North going up against the South He’s have let the East and West fight against them, too Well, I’m riding my bike behind a Lincoln Continental With its plush leather seats, fancy chrome and heavy metal My mind keeps drifting as the wind keeps shifting While the wheels are humming as I Shift the gear pedal Well, I’m making the run from Aiken to Marietta, Georgia Going day and night I get so many stares From those who see a good idea and wish that they could be as free as Those who live their lives without a care
