A small orchestral tone poem written for a competition on 2005. It placed 2nd out of 9.

While somewhat eclectic in my styles that I listen to, I tend to be influence by romantic composers as well as modern choral composers such as Eric Whitacre.

Story behind the song
this piece tells the story of Diana in love then jilted and her growing increasingly cold and distant. This piece came in second place in the category "Luna." Listen closely to hear the distorted strains of the USA national anthem intersperse throughout the center and the end. Six times it tries to interrupt–six times: one for each of the moon landings. (By the way, the initial theme introduced by the oboe came from a computer program that I wrote for an artificial intellegence class in 2003.)
