Story behind the song

I was back from a gig I was hired to do in Ft. Worth Texas during a Nascar event. Upon my return, every one of my pals mentioned how different I looked - who knew?!? I was a bit tipsy and wrote these lyrics in about five minutes - in fact there are two more versus, but here I have only two to keep it short for radio play.
