Story behind the song

This piece goes back to winter and is also unfinished.  The main melody and bass line were written on the road in a rolling studio.  Despite many protests, it WAS a safe setup, though I employ the mobil studio no more.  Just the same, the song was built on those two lines, inspired in 11 mph traffic....
