Story behind the song
"A Dose of Reality" is about the world being fucked up as a whole. The first line says it all "This world is a fucked up place". I mean there is so much poverty, death, violence around that I can't belief we all live on the same planet and deny other people basic needs of life. I think that's really fucked up.
