One man recording the cobwebs of his mind; Shall we listen in?
One man singer-songwriter musician. Included here are songs written as far back as the late seventies, up to and including the present day. Four of the songs were recorded in the late 90's and make up an EP called Skies. Other albums include A Man Alone from 2002, and The World At Large from 2005. Since then, songs have been released singly as they've been completed. A new album is now available - Tales Of Love And Defiance (talesofloveanddefiance.com)

Story behind the song
Written in February of 2002, this song is an attempt to write in a slightly different style than I normally do. At first glance there's not much to it, but repeating the lyrics over and over again puts more focus on the overall groove than a song story. I don't have much interest in Latin-based music, but this was vaguely inspired by the Jeremiah Ellsworth song "You Got Me". Even tho I wanted to take a very loose approach, recording the parts was quite difficult as the beats are so exact. The acoustic guitar HAS to match up with the bass (which it mostly does), and as for the horns. . .
