Story behind the song
One day I was about to record Lorane, My Density Has Brought Me To You, and it's in drop D tunning. So, I was set to record, and I just started fucking around, playing other shit, and i started to play what's now the chorus riff in this song. Well, it sounded all sad to me, and all of a sudden I just came up with the lyrics for the chorus, outta the blue. I loved'em, so I wrote a whole song about the last few minutes before you die. A good amount of people say it's my best work yet.
