One day I walked into the old Avalon diner

Anyways, I ordered Grits and a little Toby's Mac
Mercy Me, it took forever for the waiter to get back
When he arrived he was leaning on seemingly Thousand Foot Krutches
He said he had been thru Petra and a hard place trying to get the lunches
