Outro to Midnight Magic, #14, explaining how tha tree came about, and a perfect example of our future potential. Now that weve secured some better studio equipment off the first album, we can finally have the best quality for tha music.
My record label consists of 2 acts: Tha Tree, a duo (Ray-Luv & L-Beware), and a solo artist, Doja Sparkz
Story behind the song
Its the outro to our album. Tree Roots. It's written as a conclusion to our first LP, and a wrap up of our life, explaining tha tree's roots, how we came about, and a closing on all tha subjectz of tha album. At tha same time, it's a preview to our next album, soon to be classic, "Charleston Life". Real MC's, but from tha south, completely original, innovative, smooth, mello, type shit. Tellin our story, you got no choice but to feel it. Our next album will be a dintinct, decriptive, depiction of our livez and where we from, Charleston South Carolina. Theirs a lost Black history down here, that not only Black America needz to know about, everybody needz to. Because we are tha last and ONLY existing living link to our ancestor slaves, who were brought from West Africa. We retained the culture and tha language somewhat, when Black people everywhere else changed, and soon started speaking with White people accents in tha South, Up North, and everywhere except for us, and we just like tha needle in a haystak as far as dis rap game go. There is a lot of talent down here, and even more personality and attitude, and hard times. We still got tha Old Slave Markets downtown where we live. Its just an interesting culture and we as rap artists just try to paint a picture of our interpretation of our experience.
