Story behind the song

A personal one for me. An elder sister of mine died of cancer a few years ago, and obviously it was a stressful time for the family.
I took it rather badly and just wanted to run away from everyone and everything - selfish, I suppose.
Anyway, I wrote this song in order to express how I felt.
