Solo electronic/orchestral artist blends a variety of styles ranging from classical to electronic
Jonathan Geer blends a tantalizing mix of styles to create a unique vision that is all his own. His influences include Bjork, Jump Little Children, Coldplay, Radiohead, Frou Frou, Kate Rusby, Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Schubert, Beethoven, etc. He graduated from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Film Scoring(2001). Jonathan has composed the music for an internet promo trailer of I Heart Huckabees starring Naomi Watts and Jude Law. He just finished work on Homeless! - The Musical and is currently scoring the feature Dead End Drag (www.deadenddrag.com) and the short film Seventy Cents (www.seventycents.com), all directed by Robert Dahlem. He also collaborated with Stephen Kennedy of KFSS Studios (www.kfssstudios.com) as an arranger on Project Majestic Mix: A Tribute to Nobuo Uematsu. Recently he worked on two Chris Tonick films: Or the one, and The Pistus Gene. Jonathan has also worked via internet with Australian director Natalie Sutherland on her short film, Out of the Blue.
